Description

The Pinhole Workshop is a magical and creative exploration of the most basic form of photography. In this workshop you build your own camera expose a number of images, convert to positive images in a traditional darkroom.

An ordinary box is converted to a Pinhole camera by yourself, Photo images are then taken in a lovely natural environment, as the camera has no viewfinder the resulting image is unexpected and normally surprisingly beautiful.

No photography experience is required, and all ages from 14 and upwards are welcome to enroll. All materials included in the fee price. You take home the completed images. We have successfully hosted this workshop at the University of Pretoria – Javett Center of Art.
